Owners very flexible to work with. Usually give a discount for scouts.

Buena Vista CO	12 Hours	Summer	Whitewater Rafting, hiking	Whitewater- Browns Canyon, the Numbers, Royal Gorge. Hiking- right in the Collegiate Range of the Rockies with 12 14,000 ft peaks to choose from.	http://www.riverrunnersltd.com/	High--River Runners has camping right on the Arkansas river, they do a great job with groups of scouts and know the surrounding area for hiking and other high adventure opportunities.
Harry S Truman State Park, Thibaut Point (Tebo), Warsaw, MO	2 hours	Summer	Water Sports/Fishing	Campground run by the Army Corp of Engineers. Group site has shelter house and picnic tables on a quiet point on Truman Lake	www.mostateparks.com/trumanpark.htm	A favorite spot and very secure. Lots of shade and cool on hot summer days. Easy to reserve in advance over the internet.
IBEX	45 minutes	Year Round	Indoor Climbing Gym	Blue Springs, MO. Manager is an Eagle Scout & will work with scouts to earn climbing merit badge. Old Spanish Treasure Cave	5 hours	Year Round	Caving	Just south of Pineville, MO in northwest Arkansas. Offers a guided off-trail tour and camping overnight for scout groups.	http://www.spanish-treasure-cave.com	The mystic of a treasure hunt surrounds this cave. Includes complimentary breakfast. Very different and educational experience.
